Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival will be offered a choice of either a refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee, or the deposit can be placed on our WAIT LIST, which can be used on another reservation for up to ONE YEAR from date of cancellation. Cancellations made within the 14 day period will automatically be placed on our WAIT LIST, No Refund is available for a cancellation made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival. This policy is subject to change without notice in written form on special rate advertisements.
