  • Is there a minimum stay requirement?
    Cavalier Beachfront Condos has a minimum two-night stay requirement year-round. If you need to stay only one-night, call the office for availability and we maybe able to help you.
  • Do I have to make a deposit to reserve my dates?
    Yes, reservations are secured with a deposit equal to one night’s stay, the $95 cleaning fee and applicable taxes.
  • Are pets allowed?
    All at Cavalier love our four legged friends but unfortunately we do not allow pets or service animals. Cavalier Beachfront Condos does not meet the definition of a lodging facility under the ADA rules and is not required to accept service animals.
  • What’s the best way to make a reservation?

  • Are there any extra fees or costs above the nightly rate?
    Unlike many other vacation rental properties we do not charge booking, credit card or management fees. We do however have one really small houskeeping fee of $95. Yes you read that correctly only $95! (The $95 cleaning fee and applicable taxes are also taken at the time of deposit).
  • What are your rates?
    Rates can be seen on our booking page. Summer rates begin Memorial Day weekend and end after Labor Day.
  • Do you offer promotions or discounts?
    Yes! 15% off nightly rate when booking seven nights or more. 15% off nightly rate for all group bookings (subject to Group Reservation policies). We also have off season specials - Please call to find out what we might have to offer!
  • What about group bookings?
    Cavalier Beachfront Condos welcomes groups! We specialize in weddings, family reunions, non profit and company events. Group reservations are simple! A group reservation is considered to be four or more units for the same event. Sometimes guests may arrive or depart a day or more apart from one another or be made under different names. If the reservation is for the same event, it is considered a group reservation. Group Discounts and Deposits: 1. A discount of 15% will be applied. 2. The deposit for the group reservation will be 30% of the total at the time of booking 60 days or more from the event and is non refundable. 3. Bookings less than 60 days will be 50% of the total and is non refundable. 4. The balance of the total stay is due 30 days prior to arrival. A valid credit card(s) will be kept on file for this charge.
  • Do you have an elevator?
    We do not have an elevator, all our condos are accessible by stairs. Condos 21, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, and 29 are located on the lower floor and accessed by going down seven (7) steps. Condos 30, 31, 35, 36, 37, and 38 are located on the middle floor and accessed by going up seven (7) steps. Condos 40, 41, 42, 45, and 49 are located on the top floor and accessed by going up twenty-one (21) steps.
  • What are your Check-in / Check-out times?
    Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 11am. We may accomodate early arrivals and/or late check outs based on availability and when previously arranged. Please call our office at least 24 hours prior to arrival to see if this is possible.
  • Do the condos have laundry?
    Most condos do have a washer and dryer in the unit. For those that do not, we have a complimentary facility on property. If having this as an option in your condo is important, please let us know and we can help you book the right home.
  • Do you have daily housekeeping?
    Cavalier is a vacation rental property. Therefore, we do not have daily housekeeping services. However, we do change towels and linens every 3rd day upon request. We can also clean your unit as desired for a nominal fee.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Should a guest have to cancel their reservation, the guest will receive a full refund of the deposit less an administrative charge of $35. ​ ​Refunds (partial or whole) are not given when cancellations occur within 14 days of the arrival date. ​ ​Should a guest need to shorten their stay after arrival, the guest is responsible for the charges for their reserved dates. Cavalier reserves the right of refusal. Cavalier also reserves the right to change, modify or cancel a reservation at the discretion of management.
